'City of Champions' Parade Set for Monday
A victory parade to mark the Pittsburgh Penguins Stanley Cup victory over the Detroit Red Wings will begin at noon Monday at the intersection of Grant Street and Seventh Avenue, Downtown.
“On Monday, let’s show the world how the ‘City of Champions’ welcomes home their Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins,” said Mayor Luke Ravenstahl.

World leaders to hold economic summit in... →
Pittsburgh will host the world’s major economic powers at a G20 Summit in September. The White House made the announcement at a press briefing in Washington, D.C. this afternoon. The summit will be held on Sept. 24 and 25.
